Chandrapal Singh Gour is a seasoned risk management professional with over 22 years of experience, currently heading the Insurance function at Tata Projects Limited. His career spans leading conglomerates including the Tata Group, RPG Group, and Vedanta, where he has managed global insurance portfolios across complex infrastructure and project ecosystems.

 

With a strong focus on anticipating emerging risks and strengthening risk leadership, he brings deep expertise in evolving risk frameworks for large and complex projects. He has played a pivotal role in structuring bespoke insurance and risk transfer solutions, spearheaded international roadshows to address complex project risks, and successfully managed high-value and sensitive claims. His work in the global surety market, spanning over a decade, reflects his commitment to advancing innovative risk solutions aligned with business realities.

 

Aligned with the vision of the Association of Risk Managers (ARM), he strongly believes in collective learning, knowledge sharing, and elevating professional standards in an increasingly complex risk environment.
